Self Love- To Love Yourself First

To love yourself is a basic need of us. Self love do not trigger selfishness. If you can’t love yourself , you can never love the others. To know ourselves and understand what we really want is a very important part of our life. I f we don’t know ourselves properly we can’t recognise our good habits as well as bad habits. Many of ou r near and dear ones try to help us to get rid of our bad habits. But if we don’t know about what problems we’re creating day by day unknowingly we can’t get out of this. For being happy and lead a smooth life self care is very much needed.

Self Care Ideas

Need a proper sleep schedule. Fix a time for going bed and try to wake up in the morning in a particular time daily.

Morning can be start with a refreshing morning drink(can be ginger tea, coffee or according to like).

Maintain a daily or weekly skincare and hair care routine.

Declutter and organise your daily usages .

Make a positive mindset all day long.

Try to do experiment in what you like to do.

Surround yourself with people you love and who love you back.

Read a good book.

Listen podcasts or your favourite music.

Practice a hobby you really enjoy.

Spend times with your loved ones.

Dump your brain in a paper, no matter where when and how , just write it down.

Watch your favourite movies or series.

Put positive sticky notes on the mirror.

Maintaing a journal is really helpful .

Doing what you love is never been a waste of time. Everyday is a new oppertunity to start your life in a new way, accept yourself , love yourself and keep moving forward to recover and discover yourself.
